1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging Build by Ahmad ("Ahmad", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who interact with us.

2. Our services

Ahmad provides creative and digital services including brand identity, web and digital design, product design, and engineering. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Engagements & payment

Project pricing, milestones, and payment schedules are set out in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise:

• A deposit is due before work begins.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
• Late payment may pause work and incur reasonable fees.
• Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party assets (fonts, stock, libraries) which remain under their original licenses. Ahmad retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Build by Ahmad and protected by applicable laws.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services and website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahmad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant proposal. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, and payment survive termination.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
